The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Leisure department as a Leisure Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facilities, including the swimming pools, sports hall, and outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain the leisure club, including the swimming pools and surrounding areas.
  • Operate the laundry service to wash and dry towels, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and handle general reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to queries.
  • Act as an emergency pool responder and assist with setting up sports hall and activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a leisure or hospitality setting.
  • Strong swimming ability and willingness to work towards a pool lifeguard qualification.
  • High personal standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
