Job Title: Care Field Supervisor

As a Care Field Supervisor at Nobleliveincare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support the planning and coordination of care worker rotas, ensuring that the needs of individual service users are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and needs analysis.
  • Work closely with Care Coordinators to plan and coordinate care worker rotas, ensuring that the skills and attributes of each worker are utilized effectively.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs, providing expert input and guidance.
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence and provide ongoing support and supervision.
  • Conduct on-site observations and evaluations of care worker practice, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, either in the service user's home or in other settings.
  • Ability to work in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic packages of care support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care services.
