Job Title: Commercial Executive - Aviation Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to join our team in Stansted, Essex. As a key member of our sales and coordination team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer enquiries, and providing accurate work packs for Line and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to enquiries and producing competitive quotations.
  • Engage with customers to answer queries, negotiate pricing, and secure discounts with senior management approval.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure any additional work requested by the customer is quoted and approved before proceeding.
  • Work with the Line/AOG team to identify opportunities to support line and AOG maintenance swiftly.
  • Upsell additional services during downtime and monitor live data on estimated versus actual hours worked.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business jet maintenance and engineering processes.
  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role.
