Role Overview
Care Home Manager (Nurse / RGN / RMN) at CV-Library: A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team in Winsford, Cheshire. The 70-bed nursing home provides general nursing and residential care, offering an ideal environment for a professional seeking to make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the care home with strong management skills, upholding the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
  2. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
  3. Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, implementing changes as necessary to maintain excellent CQC ratings.
  4. Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders through open communication and person-centred care approaches.
  5. Maintain financial control over the nursing home, balancing budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control while ensuring quality care remains uncompromised.
  6. Monitor and assess the performance of the nursing home, introducing necessary improvements to enhance overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate proven experience in managing a care home, showcasing success in delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
  2. NMC registration (Nurse / RGN / RMN)
  3. In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements.
  4. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
  5. Relevant qualification in health and social care.

Estimated Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
