Job Title: Loss and Fraud Prevention Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss and Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. As a key member of our Loss and Fraud Prevention team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating fraud and bribery risks across the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key staff across the NHS to ensure fraud and bribery risks are recorded and monitored.
  • Assist in producing Fraud Risk Assessments and present evidence to prove or disprove allegations.
  • Undertake investigations into allegations of fraud and bribery, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing data.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud and bribery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of investigative procedures and legislation.
  • Experience of working in a similar role or industry.
