Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is a leading building services business, and this opportunity offers the chance to join a thriving team. As a Contractor Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Account Director and Contract Management team with contract operations.

Key Responsibilities
Beyond compiling and maintaining all contract and operational documentation, your tasks will include supporting financial reporting activities, including Work in Progress (WiP) and aged debt management. You will also address and resolve invoice discrepancies highlighted in the Finance blocked invoice reports, gather information and prepare Monthly reports as needed, and update the quote log and monitor client approval status.

Main Skills and Qualifications
This role requires experience of working for a Building Maintenance provider, skills in booking in jobs, raising PO's and Quotes, and a good attitude towards work. Excellent time keeping skills are also essential.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, paid weekly or bi-weekly, and includes Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with the option to work from home 3 - 4 days per week.
