Baal-Perazim Care Services Ltd is a well-established provider of home care services in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Care Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of our care services.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the care sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and achieving excellent results.
You will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, planning, delivery, and review of care services, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our service users.
Responsibilities- Service Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
- Monitor the effectiveness of care provision and gather feedback from service users, families, and staff to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, motivate, coach, train, and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Maintain effective communication channels with service users, their families, advocates, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Represent the care service at meetings, conferences, and other forums to promote awareness and understanding of its role and services.
- Qualifications and Skills
- SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9, SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent BA (Hons) Social Work or relevant Health and Care Professional qualification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and build collaborative relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with service users, stakeholders, and team members.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Please note that the salary range is negotiable based on experience.
