Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery Management
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet our service users' needs and business objectives.
- Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Leadership
- Lead, motivate, coach, train, and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Service User Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for service user inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
- Process Improvement
- Implement best practices and standards to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly review and refine service delivery processes to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,450 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
