About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Care Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of our care services in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery Management
    • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet our service users' needs and business objectives.
    • Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Leadership
    • Lead, motivate, coach, train, and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Service User Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Act as the main point of contact for service user inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Process Improvement
    • Implement best practices and standards to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Regularly review and refine service delivery processes to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
    Requirements
    • Qualifications and Skills
      • SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9, SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent BA (Hons) Social Work or relevant Health and Care Professional qualification.
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and build collaborative relationships.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with service users, stakeholders, and team members.
    Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £37,899 - £39,950 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
