About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Wishaw. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
  • Take an active interest in the people we support and engage them in various hobbies and activities.
Requirements
  • An empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Good organisational skills.
