Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Practitioner to join our team in Midlothian. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with clients who require assistance with daily living tasks and activities.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing individualized support services, focusing on social, medical, and personal care needs. This may involve:

  • Social Support- Organizing outings to community centers, clubs, and leisure facilities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Medical Support- Administering and monitoring medication, as required.
  • Personal Care- Supporting daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Practical Support- Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and shopping.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care. A valid full UK driving licence is also essential for this position.

Salary and Benefits

This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with:
