Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Care Assistant to join our team in South Queensferry. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional care and support to clients with varying needs
  • Managing client medications and administering as required
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Encouraging clients to engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Paid experience in care is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring and empathetic nature
  • A valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (business insurance required)
  • Good professional and personal references
