Compassionate Home Care Practitioner

We are looking for a skilled Compassionate Home Care Practitioner to join our team in Carluke and Lanark. As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals living in their own homes, providing support with daily tasks and promoting independence.
You will need to have an empathetic and caring nature, good observation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Estimated Salary: £21,500 - £23,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily tasks such as medication management, household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
- Take an active interest in the people we support's hobbies and interests
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support
