International Fellowship in Older Adult Psychiatry

We are seeking an experienced psychiatrist to join our team in Older Adult Community Psychiatry. This fixed-term post is designed to support GMC specialist registration through the portfolio pathway.

The role will provide a unique opportunity to work with the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, Rapid Intervention and Treatment Team, and other teams aligned to the provision of older adult mental health services on the Fylde Coast.

You will be supported in working towards Section 12 approval, and once achieved, there may be the opportunity to join the Out of Hours On Call rota, for which additional remuneration would be paid.

The role is full-time, with 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) each week, equivalent to 40 hours per week. 8 PAs will be dedicated to clinical commitments, and the other 2 PAs will be for activities that support your professional development.
