**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Education Administrator to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As an Education Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our education team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Administer the process of various administrative functions, including exams, registrations, entries, and results processing
* Create attendance registers to monitor attendance and learner progress, and update attendance spreadsheets on a weekly basis
* Develop and distribute joining instructions for apprentices
* Update course schedules
* Provide coaching and mentoring to learners to ensure successful completion of their apprenticeships
* Evaluate learner performance to ensure they meet required standards
* Assist with internal verification processes, ensuring adherence to college policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Excellent administration skills
* Ability to pass a DBS check
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
* High level of digital literacy
* Good organisation, planning, multitasking, and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
