ASSYSTEM is a leading international company in the energy transition sector, and we are currently seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team in Whitehaven, Cumbria. This is a full-time permanent or contract position with an estimated salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

About the Role

This Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance in SSEP, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce failures, and meet customer/Sellafield specs. Key responsibilities include assisting in delivering project Quality Assurance & Control Strategy, planning, evaluating, and verifying quality, embedding improvements to ensure effective delivery and cost control.

Key Qualifications
  • Graduate in relevant discipline with experience in project delivery or similar roles
  • Project experience in Sellafield or similar high-risk environments
  • Relevant security clearance to inspect site areas
  • Experience reviewing and accepting Lifetime Quality Records
  • Ability to work effectively in a project team
