About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our pub operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
