Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a specialist in child psychotherapy, you will provide assessment and treatment to children, young people, and their families, working within clinical pathways within CAMHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist psychoanalytic child psychotherapy assessment and treatment to children, young people, and their families.
- Support and/or provide specialist supervision and consultation for multi-disciplinary teams within CAMHS clinical pathways and to other related staff and agencies.
- Undertake clinical audit, research, and evaluation and contribute to the development of child psychotherapy within the organisation.
- Work as an autonomous clinician within ACP guidelines and the overall framework of CAMHS and trust policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyse data regarding referrals and outcomes in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment offered.
