Part-Time Mental Health Therapist Opportunity

At Spring Health, we're dedicated to eliminating every barrier to mental health. As a part-time mental health therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

We're seeking qualified, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care with our tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform. This platform prioritizes patient outcomes and provides a supportive environment for you to grow your skills and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients with a range of benefits, from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing multiple sessions.
  • Treat adults who have completed evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Be open to treating additional populations, such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team as needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted license to practice counseling in England, UK.
  • Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of independent/licensed experience.
  • Comfort with technology and telehealth competence.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
  • Ability to provide safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
  • Commitment to quality clinical care and a desire to expand capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Comfort working independently, with the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration.
