Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Develop and implement menus that highlight fresh produce and meet the highest quality standards
- Create a positive and productive team environment
- Maintain inventory control and stay within budget
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals
- Possess City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications in culinary arts
- Demonstrate experience in leading and inspiring a team of culinary professionals
- Display a good understanding of nutrition and its application in menu planning
- Showcase your ability to create a welcoming environment
- Have a solid grasp of HACCP principles and practices
- A highly competitive hourly rate of £83 per hour
