Job Summary
Norse Commercial Services Limited is seeking a skilled Cook Manager to join their team at Kinsale Junior School. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the team, preparing and serving meals, and ensuring a positive dining experience for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
- Prepare and serve healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals to students and staff
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment
- Organised approach and good understanding of the food industry, costs, and budget management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
