Job Title: Global Mobility Senior Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Senior Associate to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources Global. As a key member of our global mobility team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle for our Global Managers and Country Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Global Mobility Managers and Country Leads to ensure seamless mobility experiences for our assignees.
  • Support the administration of cross-border movement cases, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with the mobility team to ensure assignees comply with project assignment tax, payroll relocation, and transfer policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage work permit applications and secondment declarations for key countries, including the UK, UAE, and other European countries as required.
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day support to travelers, ensuring value-added mobility services.
  • Initiate regular check-ins with assignees to resolve any issues that may arise during their assignments.
  • Track and report on data compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and process documentation and calculations in line with agreed policies and contractual arrangements.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, such as law firms, tax consultants, and relocation companies.
  • Support annual tax and social security compliance, including STBVA.
  • Communicate and coordinate with authorities as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across EMEA, India, and North America.
  • Participate in global mobility projects, driving process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensure mobility compliance and processes are in place for designated countries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in international assignment management or global mobility.
  • Regional knowledge of immigration, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional operational, communication, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Strong team orientation and assertiveness.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and other languages desirable.
