**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Data Centre Finance Specialist to join our team at ZipRecruiter. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial deal structuring, budgeting, and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in investor diligence activities, preparing and analysing data to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, assisting in the planning and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Structure commercial deals, including pricing, costing, and budgeting, to maximise profitability.
  • Leverage experience in data centre and IT infrastructure to advise on business expansion and technical opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial modelling skills with a solid understanding of budgeting, costing, and pricing.
  • Experience in strategy development, go-to-market planning, and commercial deal structuring.
  • Background in data centre operations and IT infrastructure is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
