Maintenance Work Scheduler
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Work Scheduler to join our team in Quedgley, GL2. As a key member of our maintenance specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance across the south and west country.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced contracts manager and a friendly team of field-based engineers. You will be responsible for dealing with field-based engineers via phone and email communications, arranging service and repair appointments direct with customers and client representatives, and scheduling these appointments with the appropriate engineer using our state-of-the-art planning software.

  1. Coordinating with field-based engineers to ensure seamless communication and effective scheduling.
  2. Scheduling service and repair appointments with customers and client representatives, utilizing our planning software to optimize efficiency.
  3. Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional handling of enquiries via telephone and email.

About You:

  1. You have a good understanding of basic Microsoft packages including Excel and MS Teams.
  2. You possess flexibility and adaptability to work under your own initiative and in a busy office environment as a team player.
  3. You are willing to work one Saturday per month at overtime rates.

The Package:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 per annum.
  • 22 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays.
