Commercial Account Manager

About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in the Midlands and North region. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, delivering exceptional account management, and identifying new business opportunities.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45k per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Retain and develop your portfolio of clients, ensuring an in-depth understanding of their objectives.
- Achieve all targets, maintaining revenue and gross profit of each account, ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets.
- Proactively contact clients to maintain a high level of service delivery, while identifying further new business opportunities.
- Manage an opportunity pipeline to achieve profitable gross margin across all accounts.
Required Skills:
- Commitment and motivation to achieve goals.
- Experience in developing and maintaining contracted business.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
- Exposure to tender processes and re-tenders to retain and secure account contracts.
- Ability to work from home.
