About The Role

As a Branch Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that the team is performing at its best and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through sales and service of products, as well as managing stock movement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Set and monitor individual team member targets, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to determine the annual budget.
  • Liaise with the Product Management Department to ensure accurate inventory levels meet customer demand.
  • Analyze and present management information as required.
  • Actively use reports, EMI, and phone data to support business growth.
  • Ensure the team is equipped to maximize returns on incoming sales calls and counter sales.
  • Manage and maintain health and safety requirements in line with the company's H&S Policy and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure the operational functions of the branch run smoothly.

About You

We are seeking a high-level, experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record of staff development, previous management experience, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will come from a FMCG background, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Dynamic and outgoing with high energy levels.
  • Confident and capable of leading by example.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good communicator and self-aware.
  • Knowledge of MAM, Allicat is desirable but not essential.
