Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve exceptional results
  • Set and monitor targets for individual team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to determine the annual budget
  • Liaise with the Product Management Department to ensure accurate inventory levels meet customer demand
  • Analyze and present management information as required
  • Utilize reports, EMI, and phone data to drive growth
  • Ensure the team is equipped to maximize returns on sales calls and counter sales
  • Manage and maintain health and safety standards in line with company policy and legislation
  • Ensure the operational functions of the branch run smoothly

About You

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record of staff development, previous management experience, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will come from a FMCG background, preferably within the automotive industry.
