About the Role
As a Branch Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that the team is performing at its best and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through sales and service of products, as well as managing stock movement.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve exceptional results
- Set and monitor targets for individual team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed
- Collaborate with the Management Team to determine the annual budget
- Liaise with the Product Management Department to ensure accurate inventory levels meet customer demand
- Analyze and present management information as required
- Utilize reports, EMI, and phone data to drive growth
- Ensure the team is equipped to maximize returns on sales calls and counter sales
- Manage and maintain health and safety standards in line with company policy and legislation
- Ensure the operational functions of the branch run smoothly
About You
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record of staff development, previous management experience, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will come from a FMCG background, preferably within the automotive industry.
