About The Role

As a Branch Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through sales and service of products. You will work closely with the management team to determine annual budgets and ensure the branch is operating efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Set and monitor individual team member targets and ensure they have the necessary skills
  • Work with the management team to determine annual budgets and ensure the branch is operating efficiently
  • Liaise with the Product Management Department to ensure correct inventory levels
  • Compile and present management information as required
  • Actively use reports and data to support business growth
  • Ensure the team is skilled to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage health and safety requirements in line with company policy
  • Ensure the operational functions of the branch run smoothly

About You

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who has a proven track record of staff development and management. You will have a passion for sales and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG or the automotive industry.
