About The Role

As a Branch Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the branch team is performing at the highest level, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through sales and service of products, and managing stock movement effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Set and monitor targets for individual team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to determine the annual budget and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Liaise with the Product Management Department to maintain optimal inventory levels, meeting customer demand for type, quantity, and quality.
  • Analyze and present management information as required, using reports, EMI, and phone data to support business growth.
  • Ensure the team is equipped to maximize returns on incoming sales calls and counter sales.
  • Manage and be responsible for health and safety requirements at the branch, adhering to the company's H&S Policy and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure the operational functions of the branch run smoothly, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

Average hours, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working.

About You

We are seeking a high-level, experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record of staff development, previous management experience, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will come from a FMCG background, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Dynamic and outgoing, with high energy levels.
  • Confident and capable of leading by example.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good communicator and self-aware.
  • Knowledge of MAM, Allicat is desirable but not essential.
