Marketing Operations Manager

At Maker Lab, we're building a marketing agency that's rooted in collaboration and driven by a talent-centric mindset. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our regional and local marketing teams in EMEA operationalize their plans and achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities include adapting and optimizing global operational structures and processes, managing and tracking resources, partnering with finance to manage marketing budgets, creating and maintaining tools to improve access to data and decision-making, and representing the EMEA team in cross-functional and global operational forums.

We're looking for a natural number-crusher with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapting and optimizing key global operational structures and processes
  • Managing and tracking resources
  • Partnering with finance to manage marketing budgets
  • Creating and maintaining tools to improve access to data and decision-making
  • Representing the EMEA team in cross-functional and global operational forums

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a management consultancy, marketing agency, or technology company covering strategy, operations, finance, or marketing strategy
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present key findings
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills and strong business judgment
  • Project management experience is a must for this role
