Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Herb Assistant. This 12-month program will cover all aspects of our packing operation, including Goods In, Dispatch, Dry Pack Packing, and Washing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Goods In process, including checking quality of products and managing stocks
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Operate machinery and equipment in the Dry Pack Packing area, including flow wrap, bulk machine, and hand packing
  • Contribute to the Washing process, including preparation, grading, and operation of washers
  • Ensure good hygiene levels are maintained throughout the facility

  • Team player/leader with excellent communication skills
  • Own transport essential
