Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Herb Assistant. This 12-month program will cover all four sections of the packing operation, providing a unique and varied work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Goods In process, checking quality of products and managing stocks
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch controller to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Operate in the Dry Pack Packing operations, including Flow Wrap, Bulk Machine, Hand packing, and Salad mixing
  • Work in the Washing – Low care and Washing – High care areas, ensuring good hygiene levels and continuity of traceability

Requirements

  • Ambitious and willing to learn
  • Good attention to detail and high working standards
  • Confident in your own abilities and willing to work under pressure
  • Team Player/leader with own transport essential

Education Requirements

  • A* - C in Maths & English
