Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Herb Assistant. As a key member of our packing operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of fresh herbs and produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the receipt and storage of fresh herbs and produce
  • Check the quality of products upon intake and during storage
  • Produce labels and traceability codes
  • Manage stocks and inventory
  • Operate vacuum cooling equipment
  • Run products to the production lines
  • Ensure continued hygiene of the area
  • Organize waste lines
  • Assist in the dispatch of finished products
  • Collate products in the dispatch fridge
  • Coordinate drivers and vans to meet customer deadlines
  • Label printing for production teams
  • Check temperatures of finished products
  • Check off products per customer against the order
