The OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Product and Marketing teams, driving the success of our flagship product 'Podium'.
This role would be an ideal fit for a SaaS marketing professional with experience in the maritime industry and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities- Product Positioning and Messaging:
Develop compelling positioning and messaging for Podium, highlighting its unique value propositions and differentiation in the market.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Market Research and Insights:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement:
Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the products to prospects and customers.
- Campaign Support:
Work closely with Business Unit Marketing Leads to provide insights, targeting strategies, and messaging support for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Content Development:
Develop engaging and high-quality content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and webinars, to educate the market and drive awareness and adoption of our products.
- Customer Advocacy:
Cultivate relationships with customers, gather feedback, and leverage customer success stories and testimonials to drive advocacy and customer retention.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyse data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
RequirementsWe are looking for a skilled individual with:
- A solid number of years experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in the technology/software industry.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel on occasion (with notice).
- Base salary £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
