Job Description: Head of Marketing

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Lead Marketing Team: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Marketing Budget: Oversee the marketing budget and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize returns.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and product teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Remain current with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years of B2B Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, including managing awards and/or research/accreditation programs.
  • Strong Marketing Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, with a focus on mentoring and development.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
