Exciting Opportunity for a Product Strategy and Market Intelligence Leader

Bruin, a global investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Global Product Strategy Manager to support their growth initiatives across the EMEA region on a 9-month fixed-term contract basis.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping product strategies and identifying new market opportunities by working closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a dynamic EMEA Product Strategy that aligns with client needs and market trends.
  • Leading in-depth market research to support the design of new product concepts and creating strategic business cases for future launches.
  • Partnering with regional and global teams to ensure consistent alignment with broader objectives.
  • Driving product pricing reviews and managing funding allocations for product growth and enhancement initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact at a high-performing investment management house. The successful candidate will take responsibility for:

  • Market research/market intelligence and product strategy experience within investment or asset management.
  • A proven understanding of EMEA investment fund structures (UCITs, OEICs, and/or AIFs), the investment management market landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong experience using competitor analysis tools (e.g., Morningstar Direct, Broadridge, eVestment).
  • Proven ability to translate large amounts of data into clear and simple visuals/charts; experience with VBA/macro coding to automate tasks would be a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
