Senior Practitioner Lead

Job Description
\As a Senior Quality Practitioner at Creative Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality audits, completing comprehensive reporting, and contributing to quality improvement and turnaround programmes.
\You will work closely with the Quality team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to lead assignments, driving quality improvement using their practitioner background and knowledge.
\Creative Support operates in a dynamic environment, working across various social care service types, with services in over 70 local authorities. We are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients, who include over 6,000 vulnerable adults.
\Requirements
\- \
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in social care or a related sector, preferably in a leadership role.\
- Excellent coaching skills and a passion for person-centred care.\
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.\
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.\\/ul\[
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include pension contributions, 28 days Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. We are committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
