Job Title: Healthcare Practitioner Lead
Location: Birmingham
Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare practitioners and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare practitioners
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care delivered by the team
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse degree or equivalent
- 5 years post-registration experience in a leadership role
