We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hampton Lodge care home in Southampton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:- Delivering person-centred care to residents, responding to their individual needs and preferences
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing
