Patient Safety Manager

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Safety and Governance team, you will play a vital role in championing and promoting patient safety improvement across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on the Learning from Deaths processes, ensuring that systems and processes are in place to monitor patient safety.
- Deliver the Trust patient safety priorities, promoting a safety culture that emphasizes learning and shared learning.
- Support staff in undertaking learning responses and thematic reviews, providing expert guidance on the NHS Patient Safety Strategy.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Governance and Head of Patient Safety and Risk to deliver the Trust safety strategy.
