Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Crowne Plaza Felbridge - Gatwick. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of spa and massage treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a variety of spa and massage treatments, including Swedish Massage and Body Scrubs.
  • Ensure excellent guest experience by communicating effectively and delivering outstanding treatments.
  • Provide full aftercare advice to guests, dependent on their needs.
  • Discuss products and treatments offered, with full training provided.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent massage qualifications are essential.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Part-time working days are agreeable over a 7-day period.
