We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Crowne Plaza Felbridge - Gatwick. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of spa and massage treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a variety of spa and massage treatments, including Swedish massage, body scrubs, and other advanced therapies.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively, listening to guest needs, and delivering outstanding treatments.
  • Provide aftercare advice to guests and discuss products and treatments offered.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent massage qualifications.
  • Completion of a trade test with the Spa Management prior to recruitment.
  • Desirable experience of pregnancy massage, hot stones massage, bamboo massage, and other advanced treatments.
