We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Crowne Plaza Felbridge - Gatwick. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of spa and massage treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a variety of spa and massage treatments, including Swedish massage, body scrubs, and other therapies.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service and exceptional treatment delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand standards and best practices in the spa industry.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to achieve excellent results and provide a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent massage qualifications.
  • Completion of a trade test with the Spa Management prior to recruitment.
  • Desired experience of advanced treatments such as pregnancy massage, hot stones massage, and bamboo massage.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Part-time working days: agreeable over 7 day period.
