Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Crowne Plaza Felbridge - Gatwick. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of spa and massage treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a variety of spa and massage treatments, including Swedish massage and body scrubs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide thorough aftercare advice to guests, dependent on their individual needs.
  • Discuss products and treatments offered, with full training provided.

Requirements:

  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Part-time working days, agreed over a 7-day period.
  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent massage qualifications are essential.
  • Completion of a trade test with the Spa Management prior to recruitment.
  • Desired experience of advanced treatments, such as pregnancy massage and hot stones massage.
