Job Description

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club in Pocklington, Yorkshire. Hourly rate of £11.44 plus commission

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 32 hours across 4 days which will be Thursday - Sunday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Spa Therapist will

•           Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based.

•           Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments

•           Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.

•           Actively work to help promote the spa.

•           Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.

•           Ensure client confidentiality at all times.

 Requirements:

Previous salon experience is desired. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Desired Criteria

  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
  • Previous salon experience is desired
