About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic work, complex repairs, and replacements on a variety of vehicles. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out diagnostic work on vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, and suspension
  • Perform complex repairs and replacements, such as clutches and timing belt replacements
  • Work on vehicle electrics, brake steering, and suspension systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Full driver's license with no more than 9 points
  • Experience as a Technician or Mechanic, with a strong background in diagnostic work and complex repairs
