Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations professional to join our team as an Operations Manager. As a key member of our central team, you will contribute to delivering our strategic aims through the development of our central services to meet statutory requirements and support continuous improvement and growth.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for shaping this role and driving operational excellence across our schools. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative journey, ensuring the seamless delivery of key functions that support our mission to empower futures; for a better tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to support the delivery of our strategic aims
  • Lead and manage the development of our central services to meet statutory requirements and support continuous improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with our schools to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and support the development of our inspirational teaching and leadership
  • Contribute to the development of our broad, balanced, and ambitious curriculum in all our schools
  • Support the development of our school-to-school improvement programme to ensure outstanding progress and educational enjoyment for all members of our community
