Business Partnerships and Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Exec to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for finding prospective clients and reaching out to them via LinkedIn, email, and telephone. Your aim will be to book meetings with stakeholders at these businesses, build rapport, pitch the services to win them as clients, and work with the Broking team to take them through the whole sales process.
Your duties will include identifying prospective companies that we would like to insure, reaching out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls, pitching services to prospective clients either by virtual or face-to-face meetings, managing your pipeline of leads, attending industry-wide events to find potential businesses, and delivering consistent and timely responses to partner requests and issues.
About You
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication and organisational skills, dependability, positivity, and attention to detail. It would be beneficial if you have exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments, knowledge related to risk management and insurance, and experience with public speaking and presentations.
