Child and Adolescent Wellbeing Practitioner

As an Assistant Education Mental Health Practitioner, you'll work collaboratively with schools and education settings to deliver innovative interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to schools, families, and partner agencies, while maintaining accurate records to inform effective decision-making.
A minimum of one year's post-qualification experience in working with children, young people, and families is required, along with a BTEC higher diploma or foundation degree in a relevant field.

- Post-qualification experience working with children, young people, and families.
- Knowledge of child development, behaviours, and mental health challenges.
- Familiarity with safeguarding legislation, confidentiality, consent, mental capacity, and data protection guidelines.
The estimated salary for this position is around £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
