Compass Bloom are an innovative Mental Health Support Team, supporting 64 schools across Central and West Lancashire. We are now recruiting for the post of Trainee Supervising Practitioner, who will join us and help deliver evidence-based, high-quality and responsive services. To help us meet the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of children, young people and families in our partner education settings and local communities in Central & West Lancashire.

This role is a real opportunity to help shape the services we provide with children, young people, families and educational settings and to develop your career in mental health support to children, young people and families.

**About You**:
You will have at least 1 years’ post qualification experience working therapeutically within a CYP mental health setting. In the role of Trainee Supervising Practitioner, you would be delivering training, evidenced based interventions and consultation to children, young people, families and educational staff.

You will also be supported by the service to learn and develop new skills in delivering CBT informed supervision. Once you have reached the required minimum competencies defined by HEE you will be required to undertake a PG Certificate in Clinical Supervision. On acceptance on to the training programme the post holder will progress to Band F which currently attracts a salary range of £35,665 - £43,603.

You must possess a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
